Hi, Yogi Bob: Victoria has reminded me of the FIVE TIBETAN RITES yoga postures. I had a copy on my hard drive before it was erased this spring, so I goggled it. Here are two links, FYI and in case you want to post them. The exercises that are done, are pretty much incorporated in our routines. Interesting that the turning spinning that Margaret likes to do is actually listed as a warmup exercise for the Tibetan Rites!! Once, more, I am humbled.
